High-Volume and Low-Volume Manufacturing Capabilities 
Dedicated manufacturing cells facilitate quick setups and reduced lead
times. Minco can rapidly change over equipment and personnel from one
type of production to another, and respond to modifications in product
mix or customer specifications. Such flexibility enables Minco to cost-effectively
manufacture products at either high-volume or low-volume production levels.
A Variety of Insert Designs and Coatings
for Most Applications
Minco manufactures all major roller insert sizes and types. Included
are straight tube or Computer Numeric Control (CNC) forms, and swage or
friction welds with aluminum or steel end journals. These inserts can
then be finished with any of a range of PFA, PTFE, or blended TEFLON®
brand coatings to provide the best possible performance in the intended
applications.
Custom Designed Fixing Film Sleeves
Minco manufactures fixing film sleeves for instant-on laser printer
applications and they do not infringe on existing patents. Minco's fixing
film sleeves provide the wear resistance, lubricity and thermal transfer
that is needed for improved laser printer performance.
Four-Shift, Continuous-Operation Schedule Maximizes Productivity
To meet customer needs, and timeframes, Minco runs a four-shift schedule,
seven days a week. By maximizing productivity, Minco provides customers
with lower prices and shorter production lead times.
